Bid, Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator


We are looking for customer focused, self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook individual. Focused on high quality delivery and business profit. Tact, discretion, and good judgment required to maintain positive relationships with co-workers, clients, and vendors.



To provide bid management, sales support and marketing activities within the Sales and Marketing Team. To provide leadership, drive, and co-ordination for bids and proposals. To be responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations. To ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and compelling. To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales support, so as to maintain and develop sales for the Company, in accordance with agreed business plans.



  • A broad understanding of the bidding process with experience of writing and submitting proposals.
  • A successful track record in driving, preparing and winning bids.
  • Previous experience of business winning activities within the technology industry or other construction related industry.
  • A broad knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • A broad understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness.
  • Previous experience of the asbestos/construction industry to enable understanding of complex technical information.
  • Knowledge of publication design and production.

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English language with developed creative writing skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to motivate others within a team.
