From the ‘Workspace Home’ view would it be possible to have the standard expand/collapse options at these top level folders, just like the view you get when you drop down a level.  This would enable users to navigate to your desired folder a bit quicker.

Currently within our workspace once you click on the high level folder it generates a document list view from all the subfolders before you can then select another subfolder.  With the increasing number of documents be published this process is getting slower and slower.

Hi David

Thank you for your query.

We will assess your requirement and look at including this into our development roadmap.

With regard to the generation of a document listing when clicking into a folder, this had been in our top five requested feature enhancements from our user base for several years. However, we will be implementing a workspace preference in the very near future which will allow you to turn this option off enabling you to drill down through the folder structure without producing a document listing.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards

Chris

Hi David,

We have added a workspace level preference that allows you to switch off the default behaviour of displaying all documents in current folder and sub-folders on folder click. This can be switched off by your workspace administrator.

Regards,
Ritesh
