Asite Enterprise Content Management

Asite Enterprise Content Management enables management of project documents, communications, processes and coordination of deadlines. It is a collaboration tool that is fully configured, delivered to your door and installed as your own enterprise.

Project teams with up to 100 users can benefit from a centralised communications and data exchange with their customers and suppliers. Asite Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is delivered configured to you, storing documents on a secure central server and provides access to users via an Internet browser. This means you will not need to install it at every workstation.

• Extensive correspondence management capabilities. Manage all communications in one place. Asite ECM is linked to email, fax, Short Message Service (SMS), common CAD files, office file formats and all other forms of correspondence.
• Asite ECM has the ability to assist users to manage their content issues internally, as well as allowing them to link out to other web based collaboration tools, such as Asite Project Workflow for project teams.
