Application Workspaces - Core

Secure Online spaces for you to centrally share information and work with other Asite Key holders

Asite Workspaces allow you to easily share information and work with other people regardless of whether they are sat next to you, or on another continent.  You can create Workspaces to work with different groups of people or join theirs. You can use Workspaces to manage your internal teams, interactions with clients and suppliers, as well as working with partners on external projects.  How you want to use each Workspace and who you work with is up to you.

You can install Applications to your Workspaces to manage different processes, or you can build your own applications to run in an Asite Workspace using the AppBuilder.  You can use different Applications within each Workspace meaning you have the right tools to work with each party when you need them.  So whether you want to simply share documents and ideas with others, or manage the financial budget of a project across multiple sub-contracts there’s a set of Applications to make the Workspace perfect for your needs.
 

You can use Asite Workspaces to:

• Access a team directory of Workspace Members


• Co-ordinate Calendar Appointments in the Workspace Calendar


• Install Additonal Applications to manage different information in each workspace.
