Approved companies can be simply found by all of your staff making the process of supplier appointments more science than judgement.

Pre-Qualification is not a one-time event, and PreQual manager allows you to re-assess your suppliers on a regular basis and prompts if accreditations lapse, taking the hard work out of supplier management. All communications with the suppliers are also recorded and can be accessed later so you can easily see why you accepted a company to your supply chain previously.

From a supplier perspective, they can use their extended Company Directory listing to automatically fill in their pre-qualification response, saving them countless time and effort too.
