Asite is designed to maximise the security of your data - 24x7x365.

Asite is hosted within secure server environments which use carrier-class firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.  Our datacentres are covered by CCTV and are manned twenty-four hours a day by trained security staff.  Intrusion Detection systems are in place to provide constant monitoring and analysis of traffic to the platform.

Customer data is held behind numerous layers of protection, including multiple firewalls. Asite utilises the most advanced technologies for Internet security available today. All Asite services use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organisation and within your approved supply chain. Your data will be completely inaccessible to unauthorised users.

Asite provides each user in your organisation with unique login credentials which must be entered each time a user logs onto Asite. Asite issues a session "cookie" only to verify that a user is authenticated for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user and all data is encrypted and dynamically hashed. This cookie is removed once you logout of Asite.
