Following Asite's growing success in the Middle East, the Software As A Service provider participated at the Cityscape Dubai conference which took place on the 16th, 17th and 18th of October 2007 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

Properties in the Middle East continue to generate some of the highest annual return rates in the world creating an upsurge in interest from overseas. Foreign Direct Investment towards the Middle Eastern region is constantly growing as a direct result of increased confidence in the economy, opening up of borders and new horizons in different asset sectors, making it one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the world for developers and investors alike.

The Cityscape Dubai 2007 conference was the region's essential meeting place for key decision-makers in the real estate industry. Cityscape 2007 attracted regional and international investors, property developers, governmental and development authorities, leading architects, designers consultants and all seniors professional involved in the property industry.

As the event celebrated the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design from around the world, Asite attracted a lot of interest for pushing boundaries of innovation and delivering business solutions which enable collaborative supply chains, with particular interest in its collaborative Building Information Model solution (cBIM).

Tony Ryan, Asite CEO, commented: "The Cityscape conference was very well run and the size of the event was immense as it gathered major property developers from all around the world, looking for solutions to create excellence in the built industry. It looked more like a motor show than the usual property event - very impressive. The event was very successful and I was pleased to see many key players of the construction industry actively looking for solutions to enable collaborative working and integrated supply chain."
