Asite Plc signs new three year enterprise agreement with Laing O’Rourke.

Asite has entered into a three year agreement with Laing O’Rourke based on Asite’s new user-based licensing model. Laing O’Rourke, the UK’s largest privately-owned construction company, has been using Asite services since 2004 and under this new enterprise agreement will continue to expand its use of Asite’s Software as a Service platform across its global project portfolio to manage sourcing, collaboration, and electronic trading processes.

The new licensing model dramatically reduces the cost per project of the services and encourages the proactive use of the solutions throughout the supply chain.

Tony Ryan, Asite CEO commented “We are delighted to strengthen our long term partnership with Laing O’Rourke who are leading the way in construction collaboration with the adoption of this new licensing model, which will make the use of collaboration technology a given regardless of the size of the project.”

Laing O’Rourke Procurement Director David Whatham welcomed the new agreement with Asite. He said: “We are very pleased to have reinforced our relationship with Asite who have demonstrated a consistent commitment to collaborative working.
