Written by Asite | 22-Dec-2025 16:06:26

As we close out the year, we look back with pride on how far Asite has come since 2001. Our growth has enabled us to support some of the world’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. This year, we saw our platform reach new heightswelcomed a growing customer base, and celebrated remarkable projects across our community.

From rail upgrades and homebuilds to complex capital projects, teams used Asite to manage information, coordinate workflows, and maintain a single source of truth. Major infrastructure organizations, from Transport for London to Ferrovial, have continued to partner with us, alongside many new logos joining our 14 key sectors.

Check out the milestones that shaped our year.

Driving excellence in project delivery

This year, Asite has supported nearly tens of thousands of projects and helped infrastructure companies bring clarity to their projects through structured information management in our Common Data Environment (CDE). These projects included major schemes such as the Thames Tideway Tunnel, as well as enterprize-wide rollouts such as Perfect Circle. Each of the organizations leveraged Asite’s CDE to streamline data governance, enhance collaboration, and enable consistent information delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Together, these projects stand for thousands of documents managed, faster decision-making, and teams working with clarity and confidence.

Advancing the platform to support your team at every stage

Meanwhile, our product team delivered impactful upgrades across the Asite ecosystem, with a focus on smarter collaboration, stronger security, and smoother workflows. Asite worked to make everyday tasks simpler, faster, and more intuitive for our customers.

Your commitment to delivering complex projects speaks volumes. Notably, a 20% increase in project workspace environments in 2025. This showcases a rapid expansion of your digital footprint and a team that is moving forward at a rapid scale

When it comes to information secured, the numbers are tremendous. You have created a collection of millions of files. To put this in perspective, our collection is nearly 3 times the size of the entire English Wikipedia! Managing data at this scale reflects a remarkable level of control and consistency.

Your project pushes forward, and the platform evolves with it

In 2025, we shipped 70+ product updates. A relentless pace of one improvement every 4 days. These achievements were matched by noteworthy progress across our product ecosystem. While our customers delivered remarkable outcomes, our product teams worked behind the scenes to enhance the tools that made this possible.

We introduced smarter link sharing and security control in aMailgiving teams more confidence when exchanging project information. With new authentication for 3D Repo and updates across our APIs, we have made searching, syncing, and connecting systems feel more seamless.

Our CDE has continued to evolve. Visual workflows have become easier to navigate, and markups are more coherent. Users also gained greater control with new batch functions and smart upload settings, available at single-project or multi-project levels.

Building on the CDE foundation, we focused on improving how teams collaborateaDrive became more robust with stronger SSO and two-way document syncing, reducing issues and keeping local files aligned with the latest project data. It also supports collaborative document creation and editing within Microsoft 365.

On-site, Asite Field delivers faster file accessmore reliable Quality Plan workflows, improved status view, and extended configurable attributes in file filter settings. These updates helped teams complete quality checks more efficiently and build a more systematic approach to quality management and task completion.

Updates to the Asite Playbook included a new Copy Task function, bulk placeholder creation, and Excel importing, which enhanced Doc Ref rules. Task progress now recalculates automatically based on CDE activity, helping teams configure plans faster and confidently manage as project information evolves.

Across the ecosystem, 3D Repo Lite was introduced with two-factor authenticatioand enhanced security updates. Appbuilder and Playbook added smarter automation, enhanced dashboard reporting views, including hierarchical dropdowns in reporting dashboard controlmore precise task controls, and richer reporting templates

Progress fueled by our Asite community

2025 was not just about product enhancements, but it was also about the people who use them and the shared vision that connects us.

Our visualization and collaboration platform, Asite 3D Repo, was selected for the Transport Research and Innovation Grant (TRIG) as one of only 12 companies chosen from over 400 applicants. This highlights our commitment to smarter, greener infrastructure delivery.

Building on that momentum, we have announced a partnership agreement with Dar Al Riyadh, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading engineering consulting and project management companies. This collaboration is a vital step in their digital transformation journey, aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for operational excellence and digital advancement.

These partnerships and groundbreaking innovations demonstrate the collective strength of our built environment ecosystem, driven by the shared success of our community.
