Global Sales & Marketing Director

We at Asite are looking to fill a number of key roles in our head-office team, based in London’s Silicon Roundabout. We are at the cutting edge of enterprise cloud computing and have become the leading and preferred solution across the world.

Due to expansion we are now looking for a Global Sales & Marketing Director to join our team.

  • Design and deliver a sales plan that will ensure global growth plans are met over the next 3 years and beyond.
  • Form strategies that will enable Asite to form partnership arrangements with key players in the market sectors that are strategic to the business.
  • Ensure the sales team drives new business initiatives and build sales pipelines that will ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure account plans are developed for existing clients that will ensure all revenue opportunities are exploited within the customer base.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track records of sales leadership in software sales on an international basis.
  • Energetic, flexible, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial.
  • Experience designing, implementing and delivering a global sales plan
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in business / technology preferred.
  • Proven developer of client relationships and successfully lead and negotiated major deals.
  • Excellent Team Building and motivation experience.
  • SaaS solutions background.
  • High level of presentation and written communication skills.
  • Must have ability to travel
