Mr Gordon Ashworth purchased 156,250 of the Company's ordinary shares at an average price of 1.41 pence. Following this purchase, Gordon Ashworth holds 591,805 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.57 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
