The board of Asite is pleased to announce that Mr. Anthony Ryan has been appointed today to the board of the Company as Sales Director.
Anthony has worked in information technology since 1989 and he has gained wide experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and E-Business solutions, both in sales and consulting. Anthony joined Asite Solutions Limited in December 2003 as Sales Director. Prior to joining Asite Solutions Limited, he was Sales Manager at Renaissance Worldwide Limited, a global E-Business consulting practice.
By mutual agreement, Mr. Brian Austin will leave the board of Asite with effect from 31 October 2004. The board of Asite would like to take the opportunity of thanking Brian for his contribution to the business.
