Suppliers in the public directory are presented with package opportunities to bid for work, whereas trading partners are invited to the bid list for bid opportunities. Contractors create centralized bid inventories and issue bid invites to their approved supply chain or partners. Members receive the Invitation to Tender along with any supporting documentation. While bids can consist of upcoming or planned opportunities.
