The latest 3D Repo release makes it easier to turn model information into clear, actionable information for project teams.
3D Repo 5.26 introduces more flexible custom tickets, configurable pin icons, ISO 7010 warning sign support, smarter clash workflows and improved DWG handling. Together, these updates help teams identify issues faster, organise information more effectively and keep important project information connected to the model.
Safety information needs to be understood quickly. The new support for selected ISO 7010 warning signs makes it easier to visually identify hazards directly within the context of 3D models.
Custom ticket pins can now use warning sign icons defined by ISO 7010. Instead of relying solely on generic pin shapes, colours and text, teams can now use familiar safety symbols to communicate the type of hazard at a glance.
This can be particularly useful during design reviews, coordination and site planning, where multiple issues need to be understood without opening every ticket individually.
The result is a more intuitive model-based workflow, particularly for teams working across disciplines or with different levels of technical experience.
Custom tickets are also becoming more flexible. The new Tags property allows teams to apply multiple labels to tickets, making it easier to categorise, group and filter information. This means project teams can structure issues around their own workflows, whether that means categorising by discipline, issue type, work package or another project-specific requirement.
The expanded ticket view also puts comments alongside ticket details, giving users the context they need without switching between views.
The latest 3D Repo Cloud Clash detection engine gets a practical upgrade too. When a clash is detected in the cloud and a ticket is created, key BIM attributes from the clashing objects are now be captured automatically. These attributes can then be used to group, filter and organise clash tickets.
That reduces the manual effort involved in understanding and sorting clashes, while making the resulting information more useful beyond the initial coordination review.
Teams can also configure email notifications for clash runs, including when no new clashes are found or existing clashes have been resolved. Automated notifications can be consolidated into a daily digest, helping teams stay informed without unnecessary interruptions.
Alongside these major updates, 3D Repo 5.26 includes improvements across everyday workflows, from a faster date picker to configurable pins in the embedded viewer and teamspace expiry notifications.
The common thread is simple: make project information easier to understand, manage, and act on. With ISO 7010 support bringing clearer safety communication into the model, richer ticket configuration, smarter clash workflows and stronger DWG continuity, 3D Repo 5.26 gives project teams more control over the information that drives coordination and decision-making.
