Global Infrastructure Forum

Join the Global Infrastructure Forum in London on 14/15 July 2010

Infrastructure is one of the great challenges of our age, with governments across the developed and developing world investing trillions of dollars to equip their power, transport, water, waste and communications networks for the demands of the 21st century.

Changing the way we design and deliver infrastructure

We also need more resource and energy efficient infrastructure to enable the transition to a low carbon economy, which governments now recognise as a critical priority, in response to peak oil, climate change and population growth. This is creating many and varied opportunities for the firms that are expert in delivering major infrastructure projects, but it also presents fundamental challenges in how such projects are planned, designed and procured.

The inaugural Global Infrastructure Forum, which takes place in London in July, aims to accelerate delivery of this new infrastructure for the carbon-conscious age by bringing together the key international players – including policy makers and regulators, funders and their advisors, constructors, owners and operators.

Global Infrastructure Forum comprises of:

  • Conference programme – includes case-studies, discussions, debates, Q&A sessions and much more.
  • Site visits – see fist hand the major London developments that include innovative infrastructure.
  • VIP Investment Programme – meet investors from around the world who are looking to fund infrastructure projects in the UK.
