Computer Misuse Policy

Information systems, networks and equipment are provided by Asite Solutions Ltd for business purposes.Any use of these facilities for unauthorised purposes will be regarded as improper use of the facilities and may result in civil charges and/or criminal penalties.

Asite Solutions Ltd will also comply with all relevant legislation including the Computer Misuse Act (1990), the act defines three offences

• Deliberate unauthorised access to gain information
• Unauthorised access with the intent to commit a further serious crime
• Unauthorised modification, deletion or insertion of computer data or programs
