Position: Product Research Analysts (Multiple Roles)
Location: India (Ahmedabad / Pune / Mumbai / Remote options available). Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad preferred.

At Asite we are looking for strategic and detail-oriented Product Research Analysts to join our product team. In this role, you’ll combine market research, customer insights, and product data to inform roadmap decisions and feature development for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify customer needs, analyze industry trends, and support go-to-market strategies with evidence-based insights.

Successful candidates should be vibrant individuals with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SaaS solutions and with strong analytical skills who can work in an agile methodology to realize every opportunity for providing value to our customers. We expect an extraordinary attention to detail from all members of the Asite team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify product gaps and opportunities to expand the Platform solutions.
  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and usage data to guide product decisions.
  • Design and execute surveys, interviews, and focus groups with B2B clients.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations for product teams to build roadmaps
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Support product discovery and validation phases with actionable research findings.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and product managers to align research with metrics and business goals.
  • Have a proactive role in continually improving the process

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product research, user research, or strategy within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS buying journeys, enterprise personas, and decision-making cycles.
  • Ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or basic knowledge of BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present research to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills especially with a “can-do” attitude
