The Board of Asite wishes to announce that Mr Colin Goodall is stepping down as Chairman and resigning from the Board of Asite with immediate effect and that Mr Walter Goldsmith, a current Non-Executive Director of the Group, has been appointed Chairman in his place.
Commenting, Chief Executive of the Group, Tony Ryan, said:
