Asite Solutions Ltd announces strategic alliance with BravoSolution to deliver an integrated suite of sourcing solutions

Asite Solutions Ltd, provider of integrated IT solutions for supply chain and project team management, has announced a strategic alliance with BravoSolution, one of Europe's leading providers of internet-based sourcing tools, including internet-based procurement tools and e-auctions.

The alliance will enable Asite to provide customers with access to a completely integrated solution including e-auctioning* functionality. It will enable streamlined migration between the initial "pre-qualifying" tender stage and participation in an e-auction, providing improved efficiency and access to consistent information throughout the sourcing process. It will also make it easier to utilise information, including project drawings from the design stage of a project for use in the tender specification.

Tom Dengenis, Chief Executive Officer, Asite plc, states, "Asite's alliance with BravoSolution will ensure that customers have access to a completely integrated end-to-end sourcing solution. It will provide a streamlined process and the opportunity to build a consistent, cohesive picture of prospective suppliers from pre-qualification through to the negotiation of commercial terms. The sourcing process contains many stages to ensure recruitment of the right suppliers. E-auctions can play a valuable part in this overall selection process."

The alliance will also enable BravoSolution to make Asite's technology available to BravoSolution's customer base in France, Italy and Spain. This strengthens Asite's access to the European market, through its existing alliance with AEC/communications, based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands and Australia.
