The Room Detection Agent automates room identification from 2D floor plans. It calibrates uploaded drawings, detects and outlines individual spaces within the layout, and generates a structured location tree directly from PDF-based plans, converting static layouts into usable spatial data within the CDE.
When combined with Asite Field, geo-located site photos and defect records can be pinned directly to these floor plan locations, accelerating snagging configuration by removing the need for manual room mapping during project setup.
