Newly Formed Customer Success Team Will Help Clients Utilize Their Collaboration Platform to Enhance Business Success
London, United Kingdom (April 2020) – Asite is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Harrison as Director of Customer Success - UK & Europe.
Richard joined the team at the beginning of February with over 25-years’ experience working in faced-paced technology organizations across a wide variety of sectors, including construction, energy, public health, social housing and education.
Prior to joining Asite, Richard has spent time at Orchard Information Systems, the UK’s largest independent provider of Housing, Asset, Financial, Analytics and Digital solutions to the Public and Social Housing sectors. Before that, he undertook various positions at Viewpoint Construction Software for 16 years with his most recent role as Senior Manager of Professional Services EMEA.
Richard is now leading a new Asite Customer Success Team created to support existing clients’ business success. Richard’s team will analyze how client organizations are utilizing the Asite platform and advise how they can use the system better to optimize their own business outcomes.
The Customer Success team will proactively work with client organizations on their business strategy, from their IT processes and project management best practices to collaboration techniques which enhance communication and outcomes.
